Sneed Photo's Standard Model Release For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to WRS Consultants, Inc. (of which Sneed Photo is a project), Sneed Photo and William R. "Sam" Sneed III and their legal representatives and assigns (together "Photographer"), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to take my photograph, to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium, and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release Photographer and his legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
