Sneed Photo is a project of WRS Consultants, Inc. which operates and maintains this website and contracts with Exposure Manager - www.exposuremanager.com - to provide all of our online e-commerce or the viewing, printing and selling of our images online.  Exposure Manager is responsible for the timely printing and delivery of all images ordered on our site.  In the unlikely event you have any difficulty with your order please do email us by clicking here and we will endeavor to assist you with any problems with your order.  Exposure Manager also provides us with its technology including the ability to establish password protected sites.

Sneed Photo values your privacy and does not collect any personally identifiable information from your visit to our site unless you do order images, in which case our vendor, Exposure Manager, collects the information you voluntarily provide to them through the ordering process and they do provide us with a copy of your order and e-mail address which we may use to contact you.  They do not provide us with any other information such as your credit card information.

In addition, from time to time we have provided a periodic online e-newsletter.  If you sign up for our e-newsletter our e-newsletter vendor, Topica, collects the information you provide to them when you sign up and we have access to your e-mail address.  You may opt out of our e-newsletter at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Sneed Photo (WRS Consultants, Inc.) retains any and all copyrights in the images it takes including for its paying clients, but grants them a non-exclusive, world-wide, license to use the images in any respect and in any medium in connection with their endeavors.

Sneed Photo reserves all of its intellectual property rights in this website and the images on it including all copyrights.

In addition, regardless of who retains or may be found to be the copyright owner of images Sneed Photo and its photographers take, Sneed Photo retains the right to display images it or its photographers have taken on this site as part of Sneed Photo's portfolio of work.  As Sneed Photo does not operate a regular retail location, this website and Sneed Photo's e-commerce site are the locations where Sneed Photo displays its portfolio of work including in its online galleries for purchase by subjects and their family and friends.

Sneed Photo does not sell such images to other entities for their commercial use including in any advertising.

Model Release

For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to WRS Consultants, Inc. (of which Sneed Photo is a project), Sneed Photo and William R. "Sam" Sneed III  and their legal representatives and assigns (together "Photographer"), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release Photographer and his legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
